Shipping and returns
Shipping is only available for ordered Biji Sculpting Media and seedling pots, and is currently limited to within Australia. As delivery times will vary, we will use both standard and express shipping (on request) to cater for your needs. If you have any questions about shipping charges, please email us at info@dcoreaustralia.com. Art work picked up from our premises cannot be returned. Biji Sculpting Media delivered in damaged bags can be returned within 5 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund, as your satisfaction is our goal.
Customer care
We guarantee the quality of the products we sell on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return the item within 5 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund, with the exception of artwork and custom orders.
